1: A terminology used widely thru automotive sales industry. A group of car salesman who under preform yet have the biggest opinions on how a car dealership could be ran better or more effectively. They also complain about the work flow processes, and sit in huddles talking how the more successful car sales people are getting fed deals from management. They typically average 6 car sales per month.
